Emergencies
In cases of unforeseen emergencies such as truck breakage, driver health, or anything that would hinder the on time delivery of a load Wischmeier Trucking has two employees in the office who are qualified to drive all trucks. Wischmeier Trucking also has one “back-up” truck. In the event of truck breakage, office personnel can have this truck on the road within 15 to 20 minutes. Loads with appointment times and loads with a “must deliver” status will be top priority in emergencies and trucks delivering other loads will be dispatched in to help resolve any problems.
